Charles Joseph
President
Charles co-founded C. E. Joseph Constructors with Charlotte in 2009. Charles is a native Floridian born in Miami and into the construction industry having worked for his father building homes, small commercial projects and replacing roofs across the city after Hurricane Andrew. Charles graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction in 1996, has been a Licensed General Contractor since 1998, and earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida in 2002. Charles is a LEED® Accredited Professional, a Concrete and Masonry Institute Certified Structural Masonry Inspector, and a Primavera Certified Scheduler.
Charles is Construction Management Professional with experience in all facets of commercial and residential real-estate development, design and construction. He has successfully managed a diverse and complex project portfolio including theme parks, government and religious institutions, airports, schools, resort properties and corporate commercial facilities.
Charlotte Joseph

Co-founder and CEO, Charlotte is a native Floridian from Pensacola. She’s made her home in Central Florida for the past 25 years after graduating from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Charlotte specialized in Real Estate and Urban Analysis while at UF. While attending college, she received the Nancy R. Hess award for excellence in Real Estate. Charlotte has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1997 and licensed Real Estate Instructor since 2005. Charlotte is a member of the Orlando Regional Realtor’s Association and is an Accredited Staging Professional.
Charlotte works closely with design-build clients who wish to build their desired project from the ground up. She’s adept at sourcing and acquiring properties that meet their development needs. Charlotte has an extensive network of finance professionals to assist our clients with funding their developments. She has a diverse commercial and residential portfolio of completed projects. In her spare time, Charlotte also oversees risk management, accounting, and corporate legal administration.
